They opened the doors half an hour late for the appointment with not a word of apology, they have signs on the wall stating if you are more than 10 mins late for an appointment they reserve the right to cancel it. They could be heard in the back courtyard for at least ten minutes chatting before they opened the doors. When she finally called us in, 40 mins after our appointment time, while admitting us she was playing with her phone, I scoffed at the bad manners and yet again no apology offered. While admitting us she didn't interact with the cat at all, thankfully the procedure was paid for by the cats protection otherwise i would of taken my custom elsewhere. They may be the best vets in the world but if that's not extended to the owner then, as far as I am concerned they are not. Would not reccomened them.
